In order to use our Patient Portal, you must be registered in person by providing your email address to a member of our team.  Once you register, you will receive an email link shortly to activate your account and set a password, which will give you access to your account on the Patient Portal.  You can also register and then use the Healow app on your smart device to access the portal.
